Today my buddy told me that he popped his $30 and $40 a tank cherry, all in the same week. My $30 a tank cherry popped a few weeks ago, and I have yet to fillup a full tank at the new prices. I’m dreading that day ’cause I’m almost positive it will be at least $35. As Chris Rock said on Real Time with Bill Maher, “You want to talk about terrorism, get that shit up to $5 dollars a gallon. Then you will see some real terrorism.”
$48 the other day to fill up my Jeep. Ouch. Needless to say, I’ve been taking the light-rail and trying not to drive too much…

$45 on a little over 15 gallons out here. That was on post, though, where prices are about 15 cents cheaper than in Honolulu.
